By joining and using the LOVECAPPUCCINO Service, you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms of Use"). Please read the following Terms of Use carefully before using the LC Service. If you do not agree to the Terms of Use, please do not use the LC Service. The LC application (hereinafter the service) is a tipping solution operated by the company Lovecappuccino OÜ (reg no. 16596986) (hereinafter LC).

1. A partner is a private or legal person who accepts tips using the LC service.

2. The Customer is a private or legal person who uses the LC service to tip the Partner.

3. The service is a web service created for the use of the solution or a web page enabling the use of the solution.

1. LC charges a service fee of 10% for tip mediation, which is deducted from the amount received by the Partner.

2. The client has the option to pay a commission of 10% for the Partner.

3. The Partner does not make partial or full refunds of tips to the Client in any way.

By entering into the solution, a binding agreement between LC and Partner comes into force. By using the Service, the Partner gives the following irrevocable confirmations:

1. Has carefully read, understood and agrees to all terms of use of the Service.

2. Agrees to the terms of use of the Service every time it is used and undertakes to comply with them.

3. Is aware that LC does not transmit data about the Client and Partner to third parties, unless the corresponding obligation arises from the valid legislation of the Republic of Estonia.

4. Disputes related to any Service will be resolved in the Tartu County Court on the basis of the current legislation of the Republic of Estonia in the event that an agreement is not reached.

1. The partner creates an account and orders advertising material independently or through the lovecappuccino.ee environment.

2. The Partner delivers advertising material with its props/NFC chip/QR code to the Client when providing its service.

3. The customer leaves a tip to the Partner at their own request using props/NFC chip/QR code.

4. The partner can see the status of his tip in the lovecappuccino.ee environment.

5. The tip is paid out to the customer by request (within 12 hours from the moment of the request) from an account in LC Swedbank.

1. The amount of tip payment per Customer is max €100 at a time with 5€ minimum payout, .

2. The partner can accept an unlimited amount of tip payments.

3. LC makes tip payments to the bank accounts of all banks, unless the payment is prevented due to any circumstances beyond LC´s control.

4. LC is only responsible for the day of payment and is not responsible for the date of arrival of the payment.

5. Payouts are made in local currency.

6. Outside the SEPA zone (Single Euro Payments Area), the costs of the transfer are paid by the Partner.

7. In order to carry out the transfer, LC may ask the Partner for additional personal data, which are necessary to perform the transfer to the bank.

8. LC is not responsible for problems arising from the wrong account number entered by the Partner.

Data security is the most important thing for us. We use modern technology and practices to protect them. We use an encrypted data connection to ensure a more secure exchange of information between the client and the web application.

1. Do not use the LC environment on public computers whose security you are not sure about. In a public place, make sure that no one can see your screen and your actions.

2. When entering LC´s page, make sure that it is not phishing. The LC´s page domain is always lovecappuccino.ee. We do not use other domains.

3. Avoid using LC through public WIFI connections that you are not sure about.

All rights, related documents, and all parts and copies of the LC Service or related Intellectual Property shall be the exclusive property of, and exclusive use by, LC and/or its subcontractors/licensors.

"Intellectual Property Rights" means copyright and related rights (including database, catalog and image rights), patents, utility models, design rights, trademarks, trade names, trade secrets, know-how and other registered or unregistered intellectual property rights.

All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by LC and its subcontractors/licensors.
